A Quick Update on New Stock

Just to let you know im still here !!! and I still putting more products on the site YAY ive finally finished loading the latest Tim Holtz products I have in stock including the gorgeous configurations print trays, plaquettes, tiny attachers and LOADS more !!!!

 

I am also now stocking the gorgeous Martha Stewart Punches YUM

My 1st Configurations LOVE IT !!!!!!

First of all happy easter everyone, I hope you've all had a lovely bank holiday weekend. I have because ive been playing with Tim Holtz goodies woohoo I can now offically declare I am in love with configurations boxes, crowed attic paper stash, tissue tape and fractured dolls !!!!!!

For this project I used the 5.5 x 5.5 configurations box, which I covered in crowed attic papers these are soooo delish and sketchbook tissue tape yum !!!!! for decorating the inside of my box I used Fractured Dolls (LOVE these sooooo much), 7Gypsies amber aphothocary bottles and labels, and then lots of bits and pieces ive been collecting like domino pieces, buttons, a cotton spool which I covered in string, skeleton hand from halloween etc. The butterflies were created by cutting up one of the crowed attic sheets. I then used Tim Holtz corners at the top of my configuration and then used foundations as feet to finish the piece off.

I am so happy with how my configuration turned out and I cant wait to make another one :)

Loads of New Stock !!!!

Everyone ive been a busy little bee, im surrounded by boxes of gorgeous new stash !!!! YUM and I have loads more goodies on route that should arrive on Tuesday.

Ive just finished putting on the website all of the new gorgeous Prima stock, I cant even tell you how stunning all this stuff is. I have gorgeous 12x12 papers, flowers, the most stunning masks and vintage trinkets.

Art Journaling

Sorry my lovelies, ive not posted for a week !!!! I have no idea where time goes to sometimes, although I have been nosing about on lovely blogs hehehehe I thought id share some journal pages with you all, I was going to share more than 2 pages but my camera just died on me, opps oh well saves some pages for another day I suppose hehehehe

The first one is a bit of a mop up page that just sort of evolved from mopping up ink from my stencils after use. These are some old piccies of me and my brother taken a couple of years ago. The second page I made a while ago, the quote is Kurt Cobain (aka god hehehehe) and hey who doesnt love a naked man with a guitar !!! YUM although I wasnt keen on this ones face so I covered up with rock n roll cut from a mag hehehe the paint on this page is Claudine Hellmuth Studio Paints (LOVE these paints)

 

Day of the Dead Bombshell Style

I absolutely LOVED making this day of the dead shrine. I used one of the wooden box frames from the shop and painted it using Orange Sunset and Rasberry paint dabbers. I then hammered a load of metal bottle tops that I have been saving to make this shrine. The skull and flower images inside the bottle tops are bombshell stamps from the Sugar Skull set which I coloured and put stickles around the edges then used glossy accents to stick and seal them in. The main skull image, skull candles and roses are from the Alter Skulls set. The gems, skeleton hands and flowers are all stuff that ive been hoarding in my stash for a while.

Heres what it looks like in our bedroom, I think it looks quite at home in between our skull and candles from Paris, I think this may be its new home :)

Hey everyone sorry ive been a little absent this week, ive been working on a really cool project using some of those gorgeous bombshell day of the dead stamps. Hopefully it will be finished this afternoon and I will be able to share it with you. Just thought i'd let you Tim Holtz Fans know that I now have the gorgeous Kraft Resist paper stash, Fractured Dolls and Pen Nibs in stock. If you want these youll have to hurry as im sure there going to be very popular and fly out the door. Hopefully ill be back later with my day of the dead piece xxx

 

Sweet Pea Mothers Day Cards

Morning my lovelies I hope you all have a FAB weekend and all your mummies got spoilt rotton. We spent the afternoon with Jays mum, then we had my mum, dad and nan over for dinner yesterday which was really nice. I thought id show you the cards I made for my mum and Jays mum. Both are using sweet pea stamps I just love these stamps so much , they are so pretty. The first card was for Jays mum I used Rachel Anderson's Angelic stamp and Prima Madeline papers (loving these prima paper pads there sooooo gorgeous) then the second card was for my mum which I made using Ching Chou Kuiks Poppy Love stamp, I think this is one of my favourite sweet pea stamps.

Crafty Calender Challenge - DT Card

Its the first Saturday of the month which means its time for another Crafty Calender Challenge. This month is 'April showers bring forth May Flowers'. This months sponsor is sentiments 4 you, who provided all the DT with a sentiment of there choice. I cant seem to get enough of these Claudine Hellmuth paints and stamps lately. March Came and Went !!!!

WOW how fast was March it seemed like the month passed within a blink of an eye !!! probably because I was sooooo busy getting everything ready for the grand opening, here is my March journal calender for Katies Challenge, cant believe im still keeping pace with this one, best go and get a start on Aprils pages in a min hehehehe

I had a lovely day yesterday popped out with my mum and dad for an hour to the RSPCA to go and see there new baby, we lost our Jack Russell Jerry last year after him being with us for 21 years, the whole family took it rather badly, but yesterday out of the blue my parents said they had found there new baby, his name is Elmo he is a 6 month old jack russell and hasnt had a very nice life so far poor little thing, they said it was love at first sight and he is soooo cute I think there counting down the days now to bring him home hehehehe
